Hyperion Europe may change these terms at any time without any form for prior notification by posting changes online. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes. Your continued use of hyperion-europe.com after changes are posted means you agree to be legally bound by these terms as updated and/or amended.
Placing Your Order
All orders must be placed on www.hyperion-europe.com or www.hyperion-eu.com. Orders cannot be placed via telephone, telefax or email. Orders not placed via PayPal Checkout will not be processed. All prices are inclusive of 25% Danish VAT and expressed in EURO.
Sales Territory
Hyperion Europe principally accepts orders only any country in the World. Shipping costs are depending on your location and the value of your order. Please refer to overview in the shop section of the site. Hyperion Europe reserves the right to reject any order without requirement to state cause or reason.
Payment Options
All order check-outs and payments are handled by PayPal. If you have a PayPal account you can log in and make a PayPal transfer to pay. You can also opt to use a major credit card. IT IS NOT REQUIRED TO HAVE A PAYPAL ACCOUNT TO USE THE HYPERION EUROPE SHOP
Once you have finalized the PayPal transaction, Hyperion Europe is electronically notified by Paypal. Some time to verify each payment must be expected. Shipments only take place after payment is fully verified by PayPal. 1-5 days duration after order is placed till shipping is made must be expected, duration depending on your country and payment method.
Shipping Costs
All shipments are made with GLS, DPD, UPS or Postal Services at the full discretion of Hyperion Europe. On all orders, 9 EUR will be charged upon checkout. Depending on the order value and your location adjustments may be necessary, either by credit from us to you or an additional payment from you to us. You can see the current shipping rates on the front page of the shop. If you are in a location outside of the European Union and customs clearance is required, the shipping rate includes only the clearing fees but no local taxes or duties. These taxes and duties must be paid by the buyer directly to the import duties.
Cancellation of Order
If you wish to cancel your order you must contact Hyperion Europe immediately via email; info at hyperion-eu dot com - be sure to inform us of your Paypal transaction ID and what items you wish to cancel. If your order has already been dispatched you can return the parcel to us in un-opened condition within one week after receipt. We will not credit shipment costs in either shipping direction.
Prices
In the event of prices being different between what is advertised on hyperion-europe.com and in the Paypal check-out system then hyperion-europe.com takes precedence. Hyperion Europe offers no price protection or price warranties. We recommend that you always acquaint yourself with other offers before making your final decision to purchase a product here.
In case of a price reduction on any given product, all unshipped orders will be adjusted to the new lower price by issuing a credit to your Paypal account. Hyperion Europe does not offer any price guarantees.
