Defective product supportPer April 1st 2009 Hyperion Europe is centralizing support that require testing or repair. Our aim is to provide a quicker support process and to eliminate situations of products being shipped to us that should have been avoided.It is VERY IMPORTANT that you describe how the problem manifests itself: How is the product being used, what other products are in the mix, what was the situation just before the error occurred, can you replicate the error and if so, how?
