All relevant Hyperion products are properly certified for and manufactured in accordance with RohS, CE and waste directives. In the case that a reseller receives request for certifications from their local authorities, please contact your Hyperion distributor. Hyperion will then work directly with the authorties to resolve their concerns.

WEEE must be reported separately in each member state and if you are importing from a distributor in another country you need to make sure if you have any WEEE obligations. If you have any doubts, please consult you distributor for information of how WEEE is reported for your country.
